Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites are freeze dried pieces of homemade pumpkin cheesecake topped with maple whipped cream. The filling remains firm, but easy to bite, while the crust remains crumbly. These are a seasonal item only sold between Sept 1st and Dec 31st.
