Delivery

Deliveries will only be made to residential addresses. Please do not place orders for deliveries to places of employment. Your order will be canceled.

When are items delivered?

  • Orders that contain perishable items will be delivered on the confirmed date. After your order has been placed we will reach out IF the date requested is not available.

  • Orders that do not contain perishable items can be delivered at any time. Typically these orders will be delivered the day after your order is ready. If you need a specific drop off date, please email us directly at GetKozeSTL@Gmail.com

What items can be delivered?

  • All items that are available to purchase, are available to be delivered.

What is the delivery zone?

  • The delivery zone is 15 miles from the pick up location in Valley Park, MO.

What are the delivery rates?

  • Up to 2 miles away is $3 with no minimum order requirement.
  • 2 to 5 miles away is $4 with a minimum purchase of $10+.
  • 5 to 10 miles away is $5 with a minimum purchase of $12+.
  • 10 to 15 miles away is $6 with a minimum purchase of $15+.

Do I need to be home for deliveries?

  • No, you don't need to be home for deliveries. Deliveries are straight drop off deliveries; meaning the person dropping off will not knock/ring the doorbell.

  • If you need your items handed directly to you, you will need to coordinate a date/time for delivery with us. This is mostly for perishable items.

What is the process for deliveries?

  • My husband and I will be making all deliveries. At each drop off where we are not making contact with the customer we will take a photo of the bag on your porch. This is just to resolve any disputes that may arise. These photos will never be shared and are deleted a week later.

Cancellations

What if weather prevents perishable pickup or delivery?

  • In the event that weather may prevent pickups or deliveries I will contact all customers to ask how they would like to proceed. I will contact you PRIOR to baking your items to ensure they can easily be cancelled if need be.

What if I need to cancel my perishable items?

  • The cutoff for cancelling orders is 4 days before your order was due to pick up or be delivered. Please understand I cannot refund after that time frame.

What if I need to cancel my non perishable items?

  • As long as your order doesn't contain any perishable or customized items, your order can be cancelled anytime before pick up/delivery.
